My multidisciplinary understanding is a strength to have a wider view on situations that is usually helpful from problem-solving and innovative ways to address challenges. I like to improve procedures and automate them as much as possible, which in the M&E sphere translates to reducing unnecessary reporting burden and trying to make such activities interesting.I have leaded interagency teams of technical colleagues, experts in their fields through empathy and a policy of open and honest communication, as well as small auditor teams. The strong bonds that we share now have made easier the information flow and collaboration and I am a trusted go-to person when colleagues from the agencies having questions, difficult situations to address, and to reach consensus.
