Hello! I’m Lorena, a software Engineer, consultant, and technology instructor. Throughout my career, I’ve cultivated a passion for innovation and technology, allowing me to excel in communication, teamwork, leading technical projects, and proactively addressing complex challenges with innovative solutions.I currently serve as a Specialist and Consultant in Azure as part of Microsoft’s SWAT team, where my main goal is to drive technical strategies, provide consultancy, and deliver training to Microsoft partners and clients across the SMB/South/Central LATAM region.In addition, I am the Development Lead at Seccuri, a startup focused on nurturing cybersecurity talent. This role has enabled me to further refine my leadership, technical development, and project management skills, as well as my ability to mentor and guide teams in building innovative solutions in the cybersecurity space.As a technology educator, I’ve participated in a wide range of educational events, including hackathons, bootcamps, and courses at both national (Colombia) and international levels. These events have covered essential topics such as data science, artificial intelligence (AI), Azure cloud fundamentals, and Python for beginners, among others.Through these activities, I’ve had the honor of impacting over 10,000 students of all ages, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to embark on a journey in the world of technology.
