Direct the Wardrobe teams at two casino properties to maintain Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Dimond standards of appearance. • Managed a uniform installation team during the pre-opening of a 340 room resort at Agua Caliente Casino, including inventory management, fittings, alterations and distribution for Front Office, Bell, Spa and Housekeeping departments.• Managed the installation and software updates of InvoTech for a Centralized Wardrobe department with 1,500+ team members, working closely with the IT department and Executive team. • Implemented an in-house embroidery shop including graphic design set up and training. • Conducted monthly inventory, reviewed and adjusted inventory par levels and managed uniform budgets for 2 properties, over 20 different departments.• Deployed all new uniform programs from presenting to the Executive team to rollout, including style and fabric selection, cost estimation and negotiation, fit lines alterations and distribution.• Worked closely with department directors and vendors to manage timeline and budget expectations and produce a functional and cohesive uniform program throughout the properties.• Able to perform duties for all positions in the department from supervisor to seamstress.• Assisted in the transition of a new uniform rental company from inventory processing and quality control to style selection, fittings and distribution.• Created and implemented Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Controls for the Wardrobe department.
