Over the past 4 years, I've nurtured my passion for teaching English by creating engaging learning environments. As a Success Coach at Stetson Academic Success, I provided personalized guidance and study strategies, helping peers achieve their goals. As a BRASA Pre-Fundamentals Americas Mentor, I supported students with application materials and the U.S. admissions process, tailoring my approach to each student's needs. At the Latin America Leadership Academy, I honed my leadership skills by mentoring others in fundraising.I founded the "English for All" program to create an inclusive space for language learners. My academic background includes Health Sciences and Computer Science at Stetson University and prior education in Biotechnology in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I also gained valuable experience as an intern at IFF. Currently, I'm on a sabbatical, seeking new opportunities to grow and contribute.My goal is to specialize in computational neuroscience as a medical researcher, using my skills to tackle health challenges and improve well-being. I have technical skills in Java and Python, am certified as a Gallup Strengths coach, and am fluent in English and Spanish.
