Companies are a reflection of their employees in ways like results and culture.I started a journey in Sales, managing IT complex sales processes in different countries of Latin America and after that experience with very good results, I started questioning myself about how I can transmit practices that work for me that I haven't seen in the day to day of other sales Reps. This is why I joined the Sales Enablement organization in Latin America, where I have had the opportunity of leading a great multilatino team, working for a common goal: Advance Sales Effectiveness.
