-Maintain the commercial relationship with all BI WORLDWIDE LATAM regional suppliers, as well as ensure compliance with commercial agreements. -Maintain a competitive and solid offer in all countries where BI WORLDWIDE LATAM has suppliers.-Define and establish indicators per supplier, to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement. -Develop standards to streamline communication with suppliers according to the type of requirement or request. -Detect trends and seasonality in supplier’s offers to identify areas of improvement and create business expanding strategies.

-Prepare and submit clients requested merchandise and/or service quotations/proposals. Always meeting time deadlines.-Compile and consolidate information according to the client’s request, regarding the offer in the catalogs and product redemptions. -Execute market analysis to evaluate our internal product offerings vs. online marketplaces.-Follow up the execution of projects within the Catalog Department and ensure compliance with schedule, time, and resources. -Create and update the processes of the Operations Department.
