I've been working as a graphic designer since 2010 and I've been working in the area for over 5 years. In recent years I have dedicated my efforts to the UX area and currently work with the creation of mobile User experience and web interfaces for Multinational companies. I worked as leader of the UX Design team of a multinational for two and a half years. I am currently CPO at Tuto Digital, which works with gamification for companies. I also act as a Product facilitator, adding techniques and tools to the team to discover features, users, problem solving, etc.I have an MBA in Project Management (2019 and 2021) from USP Esalq, and I am a graduate student in Strategic Management in UX Design from ESPM.As technical skills, I highlight the use of graphic editing tools and interface editing, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD. With marketing tools, I have knowledge in Rd Station, API integration tools and also with Facebook Business and Google Ads.In general activities, I highlight Team Management and People Development, as well as Graphic Design, Interface Design, User Experience Design, User Journey, Market Research, Prototyping of Digital Products and Management and Control of Advertising Leads Facebook and Instagram.As for interpersonal skills, I emphasize the spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship, without forgetting the importance of empathy in interacting with the team. I have a keen sense of creativity and urgency, as well as systematic thinking and fast learning.I am curious and determined and I am always looking for new knowledge that can add personal and professional value.
