I work primarily with the SMEs; I offer enterpreuners my technical know-how and managerial expertise in daily problems solving (regulatory affairs and national/international compliance in Food, HORECA, agrifood...), as well as in strategical issues approach (identification of market/innovation opportunities, business development, support in process innovation and products improvement, particularly according to sustainability models...). I work with Public Administration expecially as an expert and evaluate projects that asks for public financial support during different project phases: ex-ante, intermediate, final report: my "clients" are Finlombarda (a public financial agency linked to Regione Lombardia), Regione Piemonte AGHricultural department, MISAF ( Italian Minister of Agricultural Policy), European Commission (as an evaluator of HORIZON2020 projects).My experience in this area longers more than twenty years. Specific skills have been gradually enriched by holding positions of University Researcher, Project Manager, Expert in law and legal areas for Ministry of Industry, FAO and the European Commission. Moreover my personal wealth of knowledge has gained management skills during my experience as Head of Research and Testing department, first on national and then on international level, I support entrepreneurs in identifying the best strategies both in business consolidation and in business implementation phases. I possess excellent communication skills widely adaptable according to the environment and the target. The use of fluent English and French and knowledge of Spanish complete my profile and allow me to work in many international markets.
