I would like to Share with you'll my New Work Status! (1st). Around June of 2016 I was approached by the Acting Superintendent of my Department , he asked me if I would like to be Considered for the role of an acting Supervisor for the Concrete Division and Crews, intially I was a little shocked however I ACCEPTED.. There were other's whom accepted as well and this meant a process..a system of choosing and assignment. I was chosen to serve my term last, each person served a 3 month term or so..then there became an opening for this postition so I applied. When the time came for my term to start , I'm very proud to say I served my term, I learned the work, I was consumed by the work, I interviewed for the work and before my term ended November 2016, I WAS CHOSEN TO DO THE WORK..NOT AS ACTING ...AS THE SUPERVISOR! ..BEING THE SUPERVISOR OF THE CONCRETE DIVISION WITH THE CITY OF AUSTIN...and I would like to use this platform to acknowledge some of my instructors from ITT-INSTITUTE for there time and patients, I would like to acknowledge all the students that ever took a moment of their time to stop and assist me with getting a better understanding , I would like everyone to assist me with the ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER WHO BESTOWED ON ME A WILLINGNESS TO NEVER STOP TRYING! TO CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD FULL STEAM AHEAD WITH NO STOP SIGNS..I wish a pray the same for each and everyone one of you whom I came to meet through out the years. PS..THERE'S NO (2..or..3) in this reality I'm still rising to the TOP!May We All Stay In Good Graces
