•Invoice Review and Compliance checks prior to payment and Releasing of holds applied to invoices associated to the 3 way match control, including re-matching of invoices.•Checking of the weekly vendor BAC’s and Electronic payment runs, prior to submission – All Currencies•GFF File (BAC’s) checking to ensure that the payment files have been submitted and signed off in accordance the to the internal SOX control requirement•Checking of Vendor bank alerts, checking new supplier set up and change of Bank account changes, checking for duplicate sites and arranging for the sites to be deactivated, performing Bank account verification•Purchase order accrual validation and supplier statement reconciliation•Invoice Progression: Progress unpaid invoices in the business, assist with clearing the blockages to release invoices for payment, •Debit and Credit Balance investigation/progression along with statement reconciliation•Expense Processing and auditing, compliance checks •Company Credit Cards: Issuing and management of credit cards, progression of unaccounted transactions, limit changes, auditing and processing of monthly journals in accordance to the internal policy controls. Reconciliation of the Company credit card balance sheet account. •The automation of the Company credit card from a manual paper process to an automated online process including in the issuing of new cards and training on the new software.•Project work and other Compliance Tasks, including in creating process notes and Visio flow charts for all tasks under my remit, assisting with creating /updating and keep track of the departments’ weekly and monthly KPI trackers.
