My 25-year career path has taken me down many roads while working with businesses large and small to find solutions to problems that hinder their success, whether it be Finance/Business Administration; Information Technology; Management Consulting; Project Management; Product Development; Marketing and Communications; Sales; and Team Leadership. No matter the challenge, opportunity or solution, all those experiences had this in common: Getting sound advice and maintaining an engaged, healthy team of employees are critical to a business’s future success. Having experienced a situation that threatened the security, health and well-being of my own family and not necessarily knowing where to go for help has brought me to this place where I want to help businesses protect their work family like it was their own. I have partnered with many businesses and client groups across a variety of industries which has allowed me to understand unique challenges and nuances specific to each group and then match their needs with the best benefits plan. Having both a technical and business background allows me to effectively listen and communicate with business owners and their teams about their options.
