This work-integrated learning placement at Urban Strategies allowed me to learn the ins and outs of development assessment report writing for private clients. The skills I learnt were site analysis, problem solving, working with the planning legislation- most specifically the Brisbane City Plan 2014, conversing with clients and government information requests and pre-lodgement meetings aswell as development application submission.
