At Huge I gained some varied experience across a range of clients. Primarily, my focus was on strategy, UX and design projects with a few build projects scattered across my time there. I managed projects right the way through, in most cases, from building a scope and quoting, through creative and execution, QA and further, helping my clients to build on their MVP or to keep the wheels of their business turning with content updates and new campaigns. Huge is an agency full of people incredibly passionate about what they do, not to mention talented, so this gave me great exposure to some top quality projects. My key clients here were Hublot (luxury watch brand), American Express, Zipcar, Google, Enel (one of the largest utility companies in the world), Unilever and United Colours of Benetton.

My role at Clemenger is the same as with Proximity (I look after clients from both). My role is crazy busy, working with a dynamic digital team to deliver Proximity & Clemenger's digital projects. We have collectively delivered some cool projects for clients. I oversee the projects whilst in the studio and am involved in the scoping phase with account managers and planners. I create project plans, functional specifications, write test scripts (and sometimes do the testing), report on project progress, monitor budgets, plan and track resource availability, coordinate across teams during the solution development phase, work with account managers to manage clients and assist with pitches and scoping pre-project.

I managed projects of all sizes and shapes from website redesign, mobile app design, CMS upgrades and small site upgrades for a range of clients from government, not-for-profit and private companies. I was also involved with RFP responses, scoping & quoting, planning, SLA management and some account management.

As Project Delivery Manager, I took projects from inception to completion. I was involved in the initial brainstorm & proposal phase, right through implementation to post review. I was the go-between for account management and the studio teams. I planned, budgeted, reported and delivered a range of projects from brand identity and print based campaigns through to social media and website development.

I was in a project coordination role at NZTE which involved a range of projects. I managed projects that involved many sites across time zones and also process change and implementation. My role involved financial management, scheduling, correspondence with stakeholders and problem solving.

This role was a part-time retail assistant with a management position at peak times (weekends and late-nights). I worked toward a daily and weekly sales target, often meeting and exceed them. I responded to customer complaints, delegated tasks to team members and also had a part in visual merchandising. I was also responsible for driving sales during peak times and ensuring other team members were on track for their own daily targets, as well as that of the store.
