Responsible for design system for the Annual Uptown Art Fair attended by over 320K people. Worked within the audience age and demographic constraints to originate 10+ unique design concepts that represent Uptown Association (UA). The selected design represented the Art Fair featured artist, and was translated onto various aspects of the event branding including: 70-page printed program, full color directional signage, sponsor banners, social media promotions and all art fair promotion materials.Organized and managed multiple projects for the art fair. Prototyped ground graphics, and completed a usability study to determine effectiveness. Managed print vendors and supplier procurement and fulfillment to ensure printed materials were produced on time, on budget and with high quality. Managed event day installation of all signs, banners, ground graphics and event promotion to be installed within a 2.5-hour period.Collaborate with UA board members to improve marketing services to meet UA member needs.
