By fine-tuning the balance between structured & flexible working methods, I’ve found the way to create sales funnels that will serve in the long run while still keeping up with the quick turns of marketing trends. My current role has taught me the importance of time management. Both my own and my team members. Whenever I find ways to make my work & communication methods more efficient, I’m quick to implement them. When it comes to project management & the relationship between the ”big picture stuff” & details in a project, I’m grateful for all my experience of prioritizing tasks & helping my team members compromise. I thrive in workplaces where I have creative autonomy & but still have the opportunity to bounce ideas off fellow creatives. I enjoy working flexibly. When creating marketing campaigns, I make a habit of imagining the campaign from the perspective of my audience. Whenever I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with family & friends.
