Art & Accessibility Director
CurrentAs the Art & Accessibility Director, I develop original, strategically on-target, innovative campaign products and materials on time and within budget. I coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders, including clients, account teams, design, editorial, outside vendors, and freelancers to produce effective solutions. I lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing coaching and guidance to DCG's design managers and executive leadership. In addition, I ensure digital products and services are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. I oversee the integration of accessibility best practices into design and development processes, conduct comprehensive accessibility audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. Staying current with accessibility standards and legislation, I provide training and resources to promote a culture of accessibility. My goal is to create equitable digital experiences that meet the diverse needs of all users.
