From starting out as a carpenter to moving into the management side of the industry, he has exemplified professional attributes in each of the arenas he has developed to include estimating, project management, production management, cost analysis, contract negotiating as well as problem resolving with contracts, clients and sub-contractors. His strength is numbers and analysis. Whether at the start of the project or analyzing the completed project, he is able to determine the profitability and follow through of the initial intentions as deemed in the contract. He is a people person, that allows him the ability to bring the management, client and contractors into agreement and resolve issues and conflicts satisfactorily where as all parties involved remain as a team. His organizational skills helps to keep all the entities involved in estimating at a premium. With experience in the sales, management and actual work, makes his skills extraordinary in this arena.
