I managed all benefits, including healthcare, dental and disability programs. I managed banking relationships, risk management, job costing, monthly financial reporting, cash flow projections. I led the accounting and IT teams.I coordinated with external auditors for the annual audit and preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP.

I was responsible for all accounting functions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, journal entries, revenue accruals, commission calculations, budgets and forecasts. I also implemented the MAS90 accounting / ERP system for the company. I researched and obtained commercial and workers compensation insurance. I managed health and dental insurance programs. I was part of the disaster recovery team that helped the company recover from a fire in the facility.

Participated in performing due diligence work on acquisition targets.
