Built company's HR communications function from the ground up. This included communications strategies and tools for benefits, compensation, total rewards, talent development, field HR, staffing and recruitment. Developed and implemented communications strategies, provided communications counsel to various business teams and wrote executive communications. Established a unified brand for company's internal HR programs and external recruiting and retention efforts including the launch of a jobs website. Supported launch of company's first intranet portal, e-letters, blogs and podcasts.

Wrote various marketing communications materials including benefits open enrollment materials, brochures, newsletters, video scripts, direct mail pieces and website copy.

Developed and implemented all phases of integrated communications programs for companies to educate employees about 401(k) plans, investing and retirement planning. Led creative teams including writers, designers and production coordinators to produce multimedia campaign components.

Chaired Healthy Smiles Partnership, a public/private endeavor to raise awareness of oral health among Arizona youth - along with the Arizona Coyotes and the City of Phoenix. Oversaw strategic planning, fundraising, budgeting, advertising and public relations efforts. Developed company marketing collateral materials from start to finish including newsletters, brochures, annual report, website and display ads.

Wrote and edited technical manuals, developed business communication seminars, created and executed company publicity plan.

Conceived, planned and implemented award-winning national public relations programs for KFC, agency's largest consumer marketing account. Organized and managed national events, conducted media relations, wrote news releases and local marketing publicity guides for franchisees.
