I began my journey in the movie and game industry with a background in Digital Arts & Entertainment, focused on Game Graphics from Howest. Combining technical expertise with artistic vision, I have always been driven by curiosity and a desire to explore what’s possible with my skillset. This led me to found Fracture Entertainment, a game art consultancy firm.As the founder of Fracture Entertainment, I developed game pipelines for startups, connected art and development teams, and supported over 30 clients in just three years. This experience sharpened my entrepreneurial skills in business development, sales, and client management while delivering creative and impactful solutions.Currently, I serve as the Studio Manager for the Belgian office of PreviewLabs, a leader in rapid prototyping for game studios, startups, and universities. This role has been a natural progression, aligning my consultancy experience with PreviewLabs' development expertise. I work closely with renowned clients such as Activision-Blizzard and Yale University, while benefiting from invaluable mentorship from the company’s CEO.Passionate about innovation, I thrive at the intersection of art, technology, and business, helping to shape the future of gaming with every project I undertake.
