The position oversees the analytical and process development groups and leads and directs development related activities to ensure that timely and high quality results are delivered to the Development programs. In addition, the position ensures a standardized operational execution of development work across both sub-departments to allow for a consistent execution approach, material flow, data management and aligned documentation processes.

- Leading molecular, immunological and biological method development team (technicians and scientific assistants/scientists)- Analytical technical integrator in current project- Coordination and leading assay transfer form development to Quality Control (also between different sites)- Member of extended management team (Vaccine, Process & Analytical Development in Bern)

30% to support new product introduction in pilot plant.Supervises personnel and equipment of the department to meet project demands.
