Co-Project Lead of a two-person consulting team:- Led the optimization and automation of the service charge settlement process for a 200,000 sqm business park with 200+ companies.- Streamlined an inefficient and complex process, reducing workload for lease management by automating with Excel tools and standardizing interfaces.- Delivered a transparent, efficient solution and provided staff training on the new process.

Gained insights into structuring of real estate financing mainly including:- Analysis of investment opportunities and preperarition of investment reviews for financing partners- Preparation and follow-up of meetings with customers and negotiations with contractual partners- Review of project calculations for financing requests
