Our services include 24-hour emergency response; water damage; fire and smoke damage; lead/asbestos removal and mold remediation; bio-hazard cleanup; contents cleaning and restoration; pack-outs and reconstruction. As the Human Resources Manager my responsibilities include:Building a full functioning HR department which includes 4 professionals to serve a business partner to operations.Implementing a paperless HR department and employee self service portal utilizing Sage products.Consolidating the background screening process by utilizing one provider instead of using multiple vendors and portals.Implemented training classes for ATI's California offices utilizing the Employment Training Panel's state funds.Responsible for employee relations investigations and overseeing the disciplinary action process company-wide.Supervise the recruitment efforts of a team of 2 recruiters responsible for hiring on average 25 employees per month.Involved in benefits administration and annual negotiation process working closely with the brokers of record.Oversee the onboarding and new hire orientation process for a company with 20% growth planned for the next few years.
