Ultimately, it contributes to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation system.My tasks range widely from financial analyzes to monthly and expense follow-ups (Udgiftsopfølgning) to contributor to the “Finansloven” process. As a sparring partner to the managers, I take care of financial management particularly in regard to safeguarding state rules major projects, including ensuring proper documentation.

ICI aims to recover the debt of citizens and businesses to the public sector. ICE aim to give more transparent and predictable valuations regarding real estate. My tasks range widely from preparing financial analyzes to monthly and expense follow-ups (Udgiftsopfølgning) to contributor to the FL (Finansloven) process. As a sparring partner for the program, I take care of financial management particularly in regards to safeguarding state rules for major IT projects, including ensuring proper documentation.

Responsible for the buildup and coordination of the financial follow up for a newly established asset management unit related to railway in Norway. The buildup includes implementation of a new asset management system, new reporting templates, instruction in public finance regulations and a function as glue that ties the unit together.

Responsible for the coordination of the financial follow up for a production unit in the railroad industry. The unit delivered railroad maintenance, participated in construction of new facilities and snow cleaning during the winter. The unit had 600 employees and an annual turnover around 600 MNOK.The position coordinated and had team responsibility for four project controllers in regards to preparing financial statements, internal audits, budgeting, forecasts and cost analysis. Moreover the position was a facilitator for the yearly business- and strategic planning, the on-going search for new models for financial and production follow up and a safe keeper of government regulations.

Responsible for analysis of production development and its impact on profit for a Rockwool factory in Norway. Furthermore monthly accounting/production reports, internal audits, tracking of inventory costs, labour costs, maintenance costs and equipment depreciation. Moreover, budgeting, forecasting and calculation of investment proposals to the mother company were a part of the position in addition to development and adjustment of all company accounting/production measure procedures to ensure accurate results. Lastly, creation of “eye openers” addressed the factory, production and maintenance manager was an on-going task.
