CurrentRemote and onsite implementation of federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA/ADAAA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) and California's Family Rights Act (CFRA) legislatively compliant reasonable accommodation and disability management solutions to support integrated workers’ compensation, short and long-term disability, and leave of absence claims. • Absence and disability case management and return-to-work program development.• Implement effective and medically appropriate reasonable accommodations for all qualified disabilities, including occupational injuries and non-occupational serious health conditions. • Prepare essential function job analyses, ergonomic assessments, job descriptions, and job task banks.• Participate in interactive process dialogue with employees, line supervisors department managers, legal and medical providers.• Ensure cost containment by developing proactive workplace solutions that promote employee engagement, health, safety, productivity, inclusion, and retention.• Identify operationally feasible and medically appropriate reasonable accommodations with employees and department management supported by employee's functional abilities.• Provide effective reasonable accommodations and transitional work opportunities for injured and seriously ill employees challenged by physical, behavioral health and sensory limitations.
