Responsible for ensuring the well-functioning of all areas of the organization. Also responsible for the future planning, culture implementation and strategy.

As the Projects Director of the organization, I was responsible for monitoring and aligning all projects at AgoInsper, providing feedback, training, and assistance to members in each respective area.

As the Manager of the Livestock area, I led a study on carbon free meat (Carne Carbono Neutro - Embrapa), a meat production method that mitigates methane emissions from cattle farming. This study resulted in the creation of a guide for producers who aim to adopt this model and a feasibility study for a carbon-neutral meat production property.

Throughout these two semesters, I had the opportunity to develop two projects, putting into practice the knowledge acquired during my college studies. The first project involved conducting a feasibility study for an export-oriented meatpacking plant, while the second project focused on researching the dairy industry in Brazil, specifically in the Northeast region.
