After the experiences in the banking and financial sectors gained working in institutions such as Banca di Trento e Bolzano, Credito Milanese, Midland Bank (ora HSBC), Banca d’affari Akros, Holding Sviluppo Finanziaria Finarte, Merchant Bank Medinvest s.p.a., in 2010 I have founded P.F.C. s.r.l., consulting company in the sector of Public-Private Partnership (PPP).The competences matured in the sector are:- Law: procurement law, concessions, public evidence procedures, contracts between the parties involved- Economic-financial: economic-financial plans, risk assessment, cash flow identification, performance evaluation and convenience analysis (Value for Money)- Accounting: knowledge of international public accounting (SEC95)
