• LEADERSHIP: Leading a global software product development team across multiple (US and abroad) campuses successfully achieving target product Available For Ship (AFS) while maintaining quality; team to include engineering, test, information development & project management • BUSINESS: Successfully driving sales growth achieving AOP revenue targets that include approx. 20% year over year growth. Responsible for product development strategy and planning of market requirements through multiple inputs, i.e. customer engagements, sales, industry trends, commercial engineering and the competition• TACTICAL: Built competency of products by collaborating with Marketing Communications, Commercial Engineering, Events Team etc. supporting sales activities, such as web presence, selling presentations, brochures, competitive analysis, product videos, demos, trade shows (RSTechED, Automation Fair, RAOTM), quick quote tool, ROI calculator, etc
