Group Head of the Corporate Legal Department. Activities: management of the legal resources in the Meda Group worldwide (composed in total by seven lawyers and six paralegals). Negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts concerning the commercial and scientific activities of the Group. Management of Corporate actions aiming at putting in place strategic decisions about Group structure. Management of the litigations throughout external lawyers assisting Group companies. Supporting in gap analysis, risk assessments, elaboration and implementation of Compliance related procedures. Member of internal committees monitoring compliance programs. Delivering of legal opinions. Reporting: to the Executive Vice President Business Development, Legal and IP.
