The motivation which pushed me to start my whole career is basically one: Passion. Passion for motorsport, races, speed. Not quite unusual for the people from Modena. Since I was a child, my dream has always been to become a part of this compelling and fascinating world. My academic backround got completed by a Master's Degree in Advanced Automotive Engineering by Motorvehicle University of Emilia-Romagna (MUNER) for the curriculum Racing Car Design (RCD). I'm feeling highly satisfied by my choice and the preparation received. In particular, the last semester of the course was held in Dallara Academy and it was rich of usefull and mind blowing activities such as the wind tunnel experience and the lessons held directly Dallara's workshop, allowing us to learn on the job.As the final internship I had the chance to spend a 6-month experience by Danisi Engineering in the AVD department, time in which I had the possibility to work with data analysis from track and full vehicle dynamic simulation.Now I work as a Prototypes Test Engineer by Ferrari S.p.A. for Astra Research s.r.l., following the vehicles in road and track activities. My studies have developed in me a critical and logical analysis of the events, with the capacity to select where to impose the focus, but without neglecting the complex nature of a problem. This makes me able to understand the best possible solution or the best trade-off. These features go hand in hand with my curious nature, my keen eye for details and my constant research of perfection. I repute failure as an occasion for individual growth, accepting it in a constructive way. I am also prone to work in a team, with the focus on pushing in the same direction to achieve the target.
