The journey of 1000 miles, starts with one step. I started my career in real estate finance in 1996. Before the age of software apps, I was a mortgage broker with pencil and pad in-hand, calculating the Good faith Estimates to help my clients achieve their refinance or purchase goals. I became a realtor in 2000 and expanded my career by also doing rehabs and flips. I have done total renovations of properties in the DC and Maryland area from 2000 to 2009. In 2016 I started consulting and project managing government projects for a small business in DC. We provided general contracting as well as business consulting for IT and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). My on-hands and in-the-field experience has been an unmatched education on how to calculate and execute a project from conception to fruition with outstanding outcomes. EMERY LLC is the next step in my journey to provide industry leading services in all of our endeavors.
