Implementing the use of an Identity Access tool in order to streamline the provisioning and termination process for network access. Additionally, working towards improving current Processes, Governance, and Change management standards, for both the future on-boarding of additional applications to provision access, as well as being compliant.

Assisted with the implementation of 160+ new nurse workstations. Image new machines, troubleshot various hardware, software, and printer issues, while maintaining inventory and asset management.

Worked in Identity and Access Management (IAM), where I administered, managed, and troubleshot access within the RHO, corporate, global, PCI, and multifactor domains, which used RSA for authentication. Utilized Powershell coding to increase productivity with using Active Directory(AD). This was utilized in all the domains that we managed which ranged from Windows servers 2008 R2, 2012, and 2016. Worked within ISO regulations with all managed domains. Completed clean up and managed administrative access on various Juniper firewalls. Used exchange management console to manage access for new email accounts. Supported and managed Mobile Device Management (MDM) for all company mobile assets. Worked with ANX, and later Securelink, in order to manage access, to hospital severs for end users. Managed and administered secure FTP access for end users. Worked with various teams within and outside the technology department, in order to remediate present security vulnerabilities.

 Maintained and updated network infrastructure, while using Active Directory (AD) to manage access, and push GPO updates. Used network monitoring tool, PRTG, to create notification flags for monitoring various thresholds for networked devices. Executed daily updates on networked devices; fixed various computer-related problems ranging from basic troubleshooting, to software and hardware installation for over 1000 clients.

Managed and kept updated the all networked nodes, installed Ethernet drops in various rooms that were in need, upgraded computer parts in order for them to handle new OS upgrade, and other day to day computer problems.
