-Logistical & administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.-Acted as the primary point of contact for guests and ensured personalized service throughout their stay.-Process payments and maintain accurate billing records, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.-Manage private guests and company's reservations and prices.-Coordinate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, concierge) to address guest needs and special requests.

- Work in Cisco Pre-sales account to generate leads and develop new business in EMEA (Italy, Israel, Greece) to prospect potential buyers within the computer networking market. - Handle inbound customer network requirements via inbound calls, chats and web forms and route generated leads to the appropriate sales team.- Explore customer projects, discuss IT plans / challenges and recommend different solutions that can match customer needs.- Conduct leads through needs analysis and determine prospects budget, decision makers, need, and timelines (BANT).-Manage data and leads for new and prospective customers through CRM software.- Send leads to the appropriate sales team through CRM software.-Work with the Profiling team to act on and further qualify prospect interest.-Work on different marketing campaigns, events and initiative
