Main responsibilities (Sydney Team): Oversees the daily flow of investments and transactions in several complex and simple portfolios, provides reports to clients on the performance of the portfolios as compared to international benchmarks, reconciles the ledger and custody accounts of the complex portfolios, and, regularly updates the best practice documents that leads to a more accurate and timely submission of reports. Extra work: Part of the Portfolio Consolidation Team that ensures efficiency in the operational procedures, part of the BA Query team that provides a comprehensive review of the responsibilities of the upstream teams in preparation for month-end reports, part of the People Committee that regularly hosts the monthly meetings and ensures work-life balance in the team. Volunteered to help out in the fund accounting operations of the Boston Team in the second half of 2012. Recipient of a high year-end rating for consistent exceptional work for two straight years, Named best PA out of the 60 portfolio analysts for October to December 2013.
