•Provide strong communication and support to Customers, underwriting and loan officers to clear stipulations needed•Set-up and maintain loan file in Encompass•Request change of circumstances in a timely manner•Interact with Consumers and Mortgage Loan Originator to obtain all necessary documents; Collect, prepare and process loan documents, including ordering appraisals, title, and flood verifications•Identify potential issues discuss with Loan Originator, Management and Underwriting•Carefully review all conditions and determine if documents satisfy requirements prior to submission to underwriting•Analyze loan files and submit completed loans for approval•Verify accuracy of loan file prior to closing•Maintain knowledge of Federal/State lending and lien laws and regulations for compliance, including all internal policies and procedures and ensure loan documents are prepared in accordance with these laws•Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates, HMDA, escrow and other relevant data•Provide excellent customer service according to our company policy, which includes answering telephone calls, emails and correspondence with all parties•Provides follow-up on a consistent basis with originators, borrowers, and agents to complete processing; Responds to inquiries from originators, agents, and consumers regarding status of loans in process•Review & provide approval and denial letters•Maintain confidentiality of customer information
