I founded companies in the IT, TLC, Digital Media sectors, starting from nothing ... just from a dream, a hammock and a coffee machine. Without capital, without recommendations from politicians or entrepreneurs, without a degree, I went through the entire process relying on my skills, as well as those of my partners and employees. In 25 years I have created more than 130 jobs and equity growth for shareholders. I was a software programmer, a Networking technician, a salesperson, then a Sales Director. I developed the CRM, the Supply Chain and related processes, wrote the ISO Quality System, managed marketing, communication, PR and events. As General Manager, I managed the company staff, the most varied employment contracts, and created corporate incentive plans. As Chief Executive Officer, I maintained relationships with business associations, partner companies and competitors, and managed relations with trade unions. I have made partnership agreements, business contracts and managed the legal issues.I managed mergers and acquisitions, wrote company articles, created business plans, financial plans, started new business units and company branches, was responsible for management control, banks, customer credit, created a customer credit evaluation system.I have managed relationships with institutions and bodies, banking foundations, ministries (telecommunications, education, research and universities, internal). I managed European, national and regional research projects and subsidized financing projects, also as project leader, coordinating universities and large industries.I had a USA Start-Up experience, founded a company in Nevada and followed the funding process for my business idea, met different Business Angels and Venture Capital funds in Italy and in Silicon Valley - California.I have managed relationships with companies of all sizes, from local companies to international companies, in the industrial, commercial, automotive, aerospace, retail, logistics, ITC, public health, airport and services sectors, dealing with C-Level Executives or Properties.Always with great flexibility and humility, knowing that in life there is always a lot to learn and something for which we can be useful.Currently consultant in the Digital Transformation field on e-commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, Business Intelligence, AII have been practicing and teaching Rock Climbing and Yoga for many years.I love to travel and learn.
