• Managed transfer of Tooling and manufacturing of Injection molded components (i.e. Asia to US), certifying all stakeholders were aligned for success.
• Successfully converted an instrument housing from RIM Molding with extensive post mold operations (i.e. drilling, sanding, painting etc.) costing $175.00 each to an Injection Molded part costing $18.00.
• Developed an automated Peristaltic Tube slitting fixture, increasing production capacity while reducing part to part and run to run process variation.

Direct the day to day product development process across all stages of development from release of CAD through finished good product.
