Tataway (now REMOVERY) is a family owned, multi-location, laser based tattoo removal business that is privately funded and strategically expanding at a rapid pace. My core responsibilities as Clinic Director require me to lead, facilitate, acquire, and educate our team of nurses and technicians to provide the safest and most effective laser-based tattoo removal treatments in the industry. I am also responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, the development and execution of treatment protocol for all skin and ink types, providing well-informed marketing content, event planning, clinic acquisitions, technician performance reviews, HR requests, pre/post treatment supplies, consulting, and most importantly ensuring that our patients experience a high and consistent level of satisfaction across all 4 of our clinics. From 2014-2015, we successfully added 3 new locations in addition to establishing a template for expansion and marketing that will assist in continuing its success. In my time with Tataway I have been afforded the tools necessary to implement my brand of highly effective pre/post treatment protocols that are revolutionizing the results of Pico & Q-switch based lasers for the purpose of tattoo removal, reduction, and cover-ups. My implementation of post-certification and continued-education protocol allows us to reduce the probability of adverse post-treatment reactions. These advancements are reducing the number of treatments needed and acutely limiting the possibility of side affects that have been associated with the removal process in the past. Drawing on these innovations, I have authored and curated a variety of industry-based articles, employee handbooks that detail procedures and requirements to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, informative blogs, and a wide variety of mixed-media marketing that has facilitated patient education, online presence, and has attracted prominent industry partners and media influencers.
