About Lorenzo Libutti

I have completed my student career in the University of Hull, with a degree on BA International Business in 2012.Since a very young age I have been traveling around the world, I have been living in Japan, Argentina, USA and UK.During my placement year in University I reached an agreement to work in Durban, South Africa for one of the major shipping companies in the world, Mediterranean Shipping Company where I was responsible for Sales and Marketing.After my university degree I have been offered a position in Shanghai, China for Riello UPS as Sales Executive for over a year. During my stay in China I was offered to move to Rayong, Thailand after been presented with the position of Asia's Dealer/Business Development Manager for Ducati Motor.I have been responsible for detailed analyze and expansion of new markets as well as expansion of existing clients. Building relationships among the clients has been fundamental in order to enlarge the existent income of the organization in 13 Asian countries.I managed to increase the point of sales of Ducati stores in Asia from 56 to 72, while upgrading existing ones to an excellent Corporate Identity look.In January 2014 I was elected as only foreigner to make part of the Welfare Committee and in charge of creating better work environment of the Ducati factory in Thailand.In my job I am a very analytic person careful to details. I have a very commercial and customer oriented personality which is fundamental when working with different type of international people.March 2015 I joined Watford Football Club as Player Liaison Officer.June 2017 i was promoted to First Team Administrator Manager and Football Operations.August 2018 I moved to Chelsea Football Club as Football Commercial Manager for the first team, women’s team and club’s ambassadors managing all player activations outside the football pitch.
