During my Senior high school year, I worked as Frontend Developer for Dink, an Italian startup that created a digital platform to connect players in the Beach Volleyball world.I had the opportunity to work closely with the team and this allowed me to learn the dynamics of a startup, how work is organized, the decision-making process, how to write code in a team, and above all how to effectively communicate and thrive together to reach a common goal.
