CFO appointed by the Board of Directors; in charge of accounting and finance, procurement, human resources, legal and IT&C, with a team of 25 employees.Achievements:• I structured the airport's maximum rate cap for aeronautical services.• I negotiated a working capital credit line with an interest rate savings of 400 basis points.• I implemented portfolio collection strategies, reducing pending balance by 49% on invoices overdue by 60 days or more.

In charge of OHL Toluca as the special purpose vehicle created to carry out Aleatica´s investment at the International Airport of Toluca.Achievements:• I designed and implemented an incentives strategy to successfully negotiate new airlines' operations.• I led the negotiation of a credit loan to restructure the airport’s capital investments;• I redesigned the general aviation tariff structure with the implementation a single “all-in” charge that positively impacted corporate aviation revenues.

Responsible for the analysis, development and execution of business initiatives with strategic impact for the company, including the coordination of the long-term strategic plan, Avantel's annual business plan, as well as presenting to the Executive Committee all initiative related to alliances, valuations, mergers and acquisitions.Achievements:• Designed and instrumented Avantel’s business intelligence (BI) control system based on the Balanced Scorecard methodology.• Key member of the company’s executive team that implemented Avantel’s sale transaction to Axtel.• I developed the initial deployment plan of Avantel Local Services by city, area and segment, which resulted in an 8% market share in business voice lines within the first two years.
