Assisted the General Manager in the planning, development, optimization of the organization policies and goals. Direct responsibility of five departments: - Responsibility of sales office made of two junior specialists, directly taking the full accountability of major clients (>4bn/year) over a portfolio of total 650 clients worldwide in pharmaceuticals, industry, cosmetics and medical devices. - Coordination of Quality Assurance team, implementing the worldwide regulations and internal regulatory system bringing innovation and value in team performance. - Responsibility of IT, managing suppliers, bringing innovation and digitalization of processes, increasing cybersecurity levels. - Responsibility of Logistics, managing the office made of two clerks, coordinating routine activities, directly managing extraordinary activities.- Coordination of Production, Planning, Warehouse and Customer Success working towards the aim of an impeccable service for the quality of the process provided and clients’ satisfaction.- Participation to several international industry events, panels and trade association meetings.
