They manufacture furniture to highest design and product quality.I have ownership and responsibility for business development through the most appropriate actions in residential and contract channels and for the reinforcement of the Brand identity evaluating the best marketing strategies in the local markets - including instore events and Company/product presentation to architects studios, contractors and end users. In all markets I am responsible for consolidating and developing the current distribution network, whilst at the same time looking for new partners in the contract channel.

The major task was opening the new Italian branch Office reporting to the Vice President of EMEA with full P&L responsibility.My first task was to recruit, align and lead a management team and connected shared support services.With a new sales structure and with a better control on the market, I developed new channels of trade (Department Stores, contract, etc) in order to increase turnover on an yearly basis in a very mature and competitive market. I also implemented sell out thru trade marketing activities and obtained even better relationships with key customers.

Reporting to the Managing Director EMEA, in the role of Division Director it was my responsibility to manage the Brand Wedgwood into the Italian market (the most important in continental Europe).I was responsible for building the annual sales budget and targets and an aligned business plan which was presented and approved by the board. As a key member of the Management Team I interacted with all functions and support structures.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, in the role of Sales Director I gave a new structure to the Salesforce and Customer Service. I undertook a deep review of distribution by enlarging and segmenting the existing one in order to get a closer relationship and a higher profitability both on wholesale and retail channels. I reached an yearly increase on both channels. I managed Trade Marketing budget implementing existing marketing tools and adding new ones such as: presentations of new collections at key clients shops, local/national events to implement Brand awareness of new DoDo collection, organize national meetings with Company Top management and Top clients.
