Outlier Ventures is the leading Web3 Accelerator, boasting a portfolio of more than 300 companies.As the Head of Engineering, I lead a team of four engineers, each responsible for guiding a cohort of 7 to 10 startups per quarter. I was working on the komgo: a Commodity Trade Finance project based on a permissioned blockchain. We were five teams distributed across Europe. I was heavily involved in the frontend where I fostered best practices and pragmatism at the engineering level. On the designer side, I worked closely with product owners and designers to ensure UX principles were applied during the entire workflow. I introduced storybook to document the components, stated to extract them in a dedicated project to speed up the main application build time and facilitate the reuse of the components. I led the effort to update the company frontend stack to React, Redux and Styled Components. Which means enforcing frontend best practices across all the Moneyfarm's teams. I defined the front-end strategy, the requirements for the live design system and the workflow between designers and frontend developers. I have introduced the e2e tests via Cypress, and I fostered their maintenance across the cross-functional teams. Finally, I took care of the frontend deploy pipeline using Concourse, Docker multi-steps builds and Docker Swarm.

Moneyfarm has hired me because of Ernest acquisition. I managed the tech issues to move the assets acquired into their infrastructure. Meanwhile, I helped to delivery the SIPP pension product refactoring an AngularJS app heavily. During this time I fostered a frontend stack update (React, Redux, Styled Components, Docker)

Ernest was a personal banker for all. A chatbot that connects to all your bank accounts, answers questions and proactively gives you insights on your personal finances in natural language.I put in place a microservice architecture using the NodeJS, Docker and a few Amazon AWS services (e.g. ELB, Elasticache, RDS, EC2). On the frontend, we use React & Redux with Webpack. The builds use a continuous delivery approach based on CircleCI.

I was in charge of the architectural design and development of the frontend needs. I introduced React & Redux stack and end2end tests using WebDriver. I heavily refactored the build process using a mix of Gulp and WebPack.

Spatch is an open, federated messaging platform built from scratch. I was in charge of the architectural design and development of the web app ( single page app ) using javascript: Backbone and Gulp then React and Webpack.

The project aim was to create a content repository system for a financial institution with usage analytics capabilities. I worked on APIs (Sinatra / Rails), performed some cleanup on the frontend, and created a tiny client (plain javascript) to track user activities. Moreover I worked heavily as DevOps with Puppet and Ansible.

The Graphic Recording & Sketch Notes Marketplace where ideas become original visual content. It's a new format, which blend a video, an infographic and an artistic doodle. As Product Manager, I led the redesign of a complex Photovoltaic ERP (Below 'Virgilio Photovoltaic ERP') focusing on keeping the business process simple. In addition, I spent over a year working on a Mobile App (Below 'Virgilio Sales Force' ) and its backend, which aims at guiding the sales force in configuring a domestic photovoltaic installation. Adobe|Guru is a team of Adobe software specialists. I was involved as a speaker on Flash Platform at Italian roadshows, as well as in online e-seminars.

I was a speaker for FromAtoWeb and an organizer and speaker at All4WebDay 2009, a community conference sponsored by the Dipartimento Informatica Bicocca, in which many Italian information technology communities participated.
