I was working on the komgo: a Commodity Trade Finance project based on a permissioned blockchain. We were five teams distributed across Europe. I was heavily involved in the frontend where I fostered best practices and pragmatism at the engineering level. On the designer side, I worked closely with product owners and designers to ensure UX principles were applied during the entire workflow. I introduced storybook to document the components, stated to extract them in a dedicated project to speed up the main application build time and facilitate the reuse of the components.
