After getting hired by AGCO, my role transitioned to the Purchase department. The company has a massive pricing program, which requires a lot of effort to get the best prices, in time and with the best quality product. I am responsible for prospecting new providers and assisting the team to achieve the Purchase targets. I am resposible for buying a massive list of parts for Combine and Tractor machines.

As an engineering intern, I have worked in most of the after sales activities of a traditional tractor manufacturer in the country. My role in the After Sales department was to facilitate the activities in different projects that are associated to Warranty, Engineering, Quality and other departments. This experience taught me about customer service activities in a more comprehensive way.
