As a key person and one of the first hires, I played a pivotal role not only in financial transactions but also in the overall growth of the company. I was deeply involved in building the team, expanding from 4 to nearly 30 employees across 9 different nationalities, and shaping the company culture. Additionally, I contributed significantly to establishing Growth Capital’s brand by cultivating relationships with leading tech investors and stakeholders in the Venture Capital market, and by representing the company at public speaking events.My primary responsibilities included managing the full execution of projects—from prospect engagement and conversion to deal origination, investor commitment, negotiation, and closing. The company track record up to July 2024 is of 50+ transactions closed and €200M+ raised. Since 2020, I have successfully completed 15 fundraising or M&A transactions totaling €60M, and led 10+ strategic advisory projects.
