I've spent almost two decades building technology companies and have a deep interest in how software can be used to cultivate deeper levels of awareness and connection online. My interest in community dynamics began after attending the Burning Man Festival in 2007. Since then I've been researching how communities function, exploring ways to connect people within communities to share knowledge and resources - particularly through the learning. Through a journey of extended iteration and testing, my wife and I began to see how well designed group learning experiences can be a pathway to practicing new ways of being together. Building tools to help people create powerful relational learning experiences that bring people together has become the focus of our work.I'm an active software developer as well as a certified yoga teacher. My interests revolve around using technology to bring more co-operation, compassion, and awareness into the world.
