I am a certified health, nutrition, and fitness coach who specializes in behavior change, sustainable wellness, and a holistic approach to nutrition, and I’ve been working in this capacity since 2018. My one-on-one coaching supports people who wish to make a significant health change and who are ready to get the support of an empathetic and committed coach to promote lasting change. I am the owner of Wellness Withfolklore and co-owner/coach at The Warrior Room which is a virtual fitness training platform. I am evidence-based and habit focused and although I promote a holistic approach to nutrition and an intuitive approach to behavior change, my base is scientific.
