Assist teachers with the integration of technology in the classroom.* Support teachers implementing an Integrated Learning System* Provide staff with ongoing professional development on district programs and on the use of current technology including, but not limited to:- Electronic grade book, school registration, E-mail- Microsoft Office, Office 365, Adobe, web development, and other software programs- Document cameras, projectors, interactive panels/pads/boards, Personal Response Systems (PRS)- Mobile devices such as iPad or similar "tablets" and notebooks- Advancement of Internet/Intranet resources- School specific software* Assist in school technology planning and evaluation* Offer support with questions concerning software for school use* Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral equipment* Provide basic network support- Manage user accounts and security- Monitor network utilization- Manage mobile devices with a MDM* Perform other related duties as assigned

Assist Administration with assigned tasks. Supervise office and counseling center secretarial staff and provide instruction and training as needed. Manage finances, financial procedures, school purchases and expenses, inventory, and payroll. Daily use of Encore, Microsoft office products, Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook, Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat and Photoshop), School Messenger and Schoolwires. Use, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, copiers, scanners, printers, fax machine and other office devices. Assist faculty, staff, students, parents and substitutes with various needs, concerns and issues. Prioritize and organize daily tasks. Prepare written and verbal communication to faculty and community
