• Managing the fruit prep side of the business • Preparing fruit for all the major supermarkets • Responsible for a team of up to 70 staff including direct and indirect reports and agency.• Managing low care prep , high care prep, pineapple, apple, orange, mango, kiwi process• Responsible for training• Ensuring production plan is achieved, KPI recording and monitoring, labour control, personnel training, H&S, quality.• Communicating with agency labour • Reporting to senior manager• Liaising with hygiene team• Overseeing two shifts ( mid and night shift)
